• Tim Earnhart

    Principal / CEO

Whoever first said “Life’s a Journey” may not have known him, but the expression fits Werkshop CEO Tim Earnhart like a glove.
He was born in Switzerland, moved to Oregon at 7, and then arrived in his current home of Bowling Green at 19. His marketing career took root with Wendy’s Restaurants, until he purchased and rejuvenated Liberty, a full-service printing company that now uses eco-friendly inks, papers and processes. His work has been featured everywhere from magazine covers to water towers, and he’d really like to get a nap in before the end of 2011. Click Here to Continue Reading

  • Justin Shepherd

    Senior Copywriter

Justin’s last name is Shepherd, spelled just like the word, and he hails from Shepherdsville. He’s a direct descendant of the town’s founder, and hails from a long line of elected law enforcement officials. He left the world of journalism for marketing, but may well return to his hometown someday; he’d be a shoo-in for jailer and a serious contender for mayor. Click Here to Continue Reading

  • Bryce Hall

Between sub sandwiches and sips of Coke, he spends his day doing all sorts of things: programming websites, designing print ads, thinking up social media strategies and replacing toner (simply because no one else has figured out how to do it). • Amanda Williams

    Production Assistant

Unanimously voted “Best Smile” in the Werkshop offices, Amanda Williams does it all — graphic design, project coordination, and keeping the environment fresh and friendly. Though trained in journalism, her focus and passion has been in pushing pixels — “getting to think creatively and work on interesting design.” Outside the Shop, she finds her joy in relationships with friends and family, especially her toddler niece Alli.
