Mindy Knight — Operations Director

Between indulging in “Twilight” and sipping vanilla lattes, Nashville native Mindy Knight keeps Werkshop’s ship upright and on course. She spent four years as Marketing and Event Coordinator at First Tennessee Bank, and as Operations Director at Werkshop, Mindy navigates the complex web of relationships between clients, creatives and vendors. She also serves as Chief Motivator around the office, and helps manage the Rob Bironas Fund, a Nashville charity that helps needy kids get musical enrichment.

Home life: Mindy and her husband, Hank, live in White House, Tenn., with their toddler daughter, Allison, and English bulldogs Georgia and Bailey.
