Tim Earnhart — Founder / CEO / Creative Director
Whoever first said “Life’s a Journey” may not have known him, but the expression fits Werkshop CEO Tim Earnhart like a glove.
He was born in Bern, Switzerland, moved to Oregon at age 7, and then arrived in his current home of Bowling Green in 1991. A graduate of WKU, Earnhart has been active both professionally and personally with various non-profits and advisory groups. In 2005, Tim founded Werkshop Marketing — a fully independent marketing and advertising firm with a keen focus on custom building brands with marketing strategy, advertising, public relations, social marketing and digital media. Werkshop possesses extensive experience and is highly regarded in the industry, having received recognition of its efforts on a regional, national and international scale. The firm serves a broad and growing list of clients in a wide assortment of industries across the nation. In addition to Werkshop, Tim is also a partner in The Liberty Group and Premier Partners.
Home life: Tim and his wife, Jennifer, live in Bowling Green. They have two bright children, 13-year-old Hallie and 9-year-old Tyler, and find their greatest joy in their relationships with friends and family.
Likes: Swiss chocolate, snow skiing, authentic Italian food, collegiate athletics, fried grouper sandwich from Seagrove Village Market in Seagrove Beach, FL.
What drives him: “Ultimately, I am driven by the relationship I have with God and the path He has set before me. I am truly blessed as a husband, father and business owner. I am driven to help others succeed around me. I cherish those who have mentored me and gave of their time. Thank you Jim for allowing me to marry your daughter, for being a true friend and business partner, and most important a Godly example to many. I miss you daily.”
